My dishwasher smells like burning rubber during certain cycles while running. There is nothing sitting on the heating element. The dishwasher is about 6 years old.

My oven is by Kenmore and the problem is that I can't get it to go off when I press the off button and so therefore, I have to unplug the whole thing to turn it off. So when I plug it in the broiler comes on but not bottom of the oven. I need it repaired!

I have a Sears Kenmore washer that no longer pumps out the used wash/rinse water. The tub fills, the agitator moves then, when the machine should empty, nothing happens. Although the machine is 16 years old, it was in storage for 5 years, so the age belies its condition.

There is a tenant in the apartment. Said the dishwasher goes through the cycles but does not wash. I believe a new plug is needed but I am located in different state and would need some assistance onsite. Thank you in advance.

my whirlpool washer model LSQ9544KQ0 WILL FILL UP AND START spining but everytime it reaches a certain in point in the cycle it will stop and won't continue. It doesn't drain the water or finnish the cycle. It does the same thing in all the different cycles.
